Bio:Thomas K. Riley was born and raised in Fulton, Missouri and graduated from Westminster College (B.A., Cum Laude 1993). Riley attended law school at Washington and Lee University, where he served on the Law Review, was inducted into the honorary society, the Order of the Coif, and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
