Bio:Will is an experienced trial attorney, having litigated 17 jury trials, over 100 bench trials, and dozens of appeals before federal and state courts. Will concentrates his practice in commercial and civil litigation with a primary emphasis in commercial real estate, eminent domain, and tax lien foreclosures, as well as select catastrophic personal injury/wrongful death cases. He regularly teaches continuing legal education classes on commercial landlord/tenant law and the application of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) in civil litigation. Prior to joining Tiffany & Bosco, Will gained invaluable courtroom and leadership experience in the United States Army Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps. He served as the chief prosecutor for the 101st Airborne Division, a criminal defense attorney in the 82nd Airborne Division, and an appeals attorney at U.S. Army Headquarters in Washington, D.C. Will completed tours of duty in Iraq, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, and the Republic of Korea, and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for his service in Iraq. He was honorably discharged in 2008 at the rank of Major.Will is actively engaged in the Phoenix community.
