About: Daniel P. Gregory is an experienced trial attorney who concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, product liability, and medical malpractice. He has broad experience with diverse cases which included catastrophic injuries and death. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey state courts, the United States District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States District Court of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals, 2nd Circuit.
Daniel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hofstra University in 1990, with a concentration in Political Science, Sociology, and Psychology.
Daniel earned a Master of Arts degree from New York University in 1992, with concentration in Law and Political Culture.
Daniel obtained his law degree from New York Law School in 1995, where he was Notes and Comments Editor of the New York Law School Journal of Human Rights, and graduated Cum Laude. While in law school Daniel was a judicial intern, a summer associate, and a member of New York Law School’s Civil Law Clinic.
Daniel was a partner and successful trial attorney at a mid-size law firm for approximately 15 years. There he represented "Fortune 500" companies and individuals in areas of general personal injury, medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability, labor law, false arrest, malicious prosecution, defamation, motor vehicle law, subrogation, assault, the Dram Shop Act, and appellate practice.
