Bio:Mr. Lambert received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, graduating with honors in 1968. Thereafter, he was admitted to practice before the State and Federal courts of the State of New York, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Lambert is an experienced trial and appellate attorney, who has successfully represented insurance carriers and bonding companies for over thirty years. His extensive experience in complex and substantial fidelity cases, his analytical skill in assessing such claims and his able advocacy in negotiation and in litigation are highly valued by insurers.
