Do not waste you time. He draws things out for years, tries to talk over you head so as to put you off and put you off. He does not even care to go to the attorney steps to take a deposition from a doctor. He had him write a letter instead of makinging sure it was a legal document. I was not the attorney so I did not know the judge would just throw it out, because anyone could have written this letter. He should have gotten a preposition. I would think a attorney should know this. I will always believe that Rankin General hospital some how talked him out of pressuring,or handling this case correctly. It is either that or he is a HORRIBLE ATTORNEY. Either way I would never use him or anyone who employs him.
