commentI am not sure exactly who the woman was that I spoke to over the phone but she was so rude . She answers the phone and screams “HELLO” after I did not hear her first rude comment . Then she proceeds to annoyingly saying “did I ask you that question ?” . If you hate your job ,that is personal . Please learn to separate emotions out of your customer service miss . Thank you
