commentin my personal opinion, his practicing manners leave much to desire (unprofessional). my sister is 41, was raped at 13, unfortunately fell at work (2009) injuring her back and knee. in a hearing, david m. swcheiger made my sister read her secret aloud from a medical record (info was/is irrelevant). this has affected the whole family. my daughter just graduated from fsu, i pray she practices law in a more humane manner. you can do your job without destroying lives. by the way, my sisters case is still open.
