Mr. Woldman dragged my case out for over two years despite his claim of expertise in the field of palimony. In addition, Mr. Woldman’s legal assistant was the most inept and rude person I have ever dealt with in a law firm. She is unprofessional and incapable of performing the duties of a legal assistant. Telephone calls were rarely returned and if so, he charged me 15 minutes just to leave a 35 second message. When he did return my calls, it was an attempt to collect lawyer fees, being that his business was experiencing financial challenges. Moreover, Mr. Woldman is known for padding his hours and I definitely was a victim to his crime. My case has been closed for over one year and Mr. Woldman has yet to recover my outstanding property which was agreed to be returned to me according to the settlement agreement. The best he can offer is lame, pedestrian excuses. I would not recommend Mr. Woldman unless you want to go broke. I certainly did.
