He went on to serve as a judicial intern for the Honorable John L. Musmanno, Senior Judge of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, where he conducted extensive legal research in criminal and constitutional law and drafted and published a number of summary opinions on appeals brought before the Court. Finally, as a legal intern for both The Mendieta Law Firm, PLLC (TMLF) and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law’s Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, Mr. Mendieta found his passion for assisting those in need.
