commentTrying to speak on behalf of my son who has been convicted, but has filed a motion to appeal to this lawyer who's suppose to represent him is like talking to the enemy. I'm the mother of the convicted and was told to ask some questions on his behalf because he's in custody. The truth is this lawyer acts as if he's the enemy. I really believe he care nothing about my child's right to a new trial.
