A cruel woman -

commentMs. Mizerak and her paralegal were exceptionally cruel to me in phone consults. I have a life long history of trauma, domestic and sexual violence. I have some traumatic brain damage and other physical issues, and CPTSD. This lawyer and her assistant refused to even consider my extensive history until I had a paper regarding headaches signed by my neurologist. But it's not just that. These people were cold and cruel. When a woman has suffered as I have, one expects some show of empathy or care from other women. These two seemed bored and put out simply talking to me. It was extremely painful. I don't recommend her to anyone who has suffered from Domestic or Sexual violence, or trauma of any kind. And her disinterest tells me that she would be a truly poor lawyer fighting on anyone's behalf.
