I removed her from counsel due to billing discrepancies and lack of transparency. She was over charging me for emails and not providing backup for the charges. I remove her as counsel and asked her to refund my partial retainer amount and she advised that I had to sign a release document. The document basically stated that I wouldn’t write a bad review about her or say anything negative. I politely told her I never signed anything to retain your service and do not feel comfortable signing anything from your office. She then charged my retainer amount for drafting the release document and refunded the difference. Steer clear of hiring her for anything, you will regret it in the end.
