Hired Trina as custody evaluator. She was non responsive, wrote a terrible report that was entered as our custody agreement that was so vague, it’s basically toilet paper. She never showed to a hearing to have excuse after excuse over the course of 1.5 years. Her report put words in my mouth and I would have called her out if she needed to testify. DO NOT HIRE HER. You WILL waste your money!

This custody evaluator is not open to the idea that the mainland is a good place to live for my children. Completely bias to HI. I want to move from HI to the mainland with my children. She interviewed my brother on the mainland and tried to get him to come to HI (to prove that it's better). WHAT?! That SHOULD NOT have been part of her interview! Her job was to discuss the area my brother lives in. She interviewed my uncle on the mainland and asked if he would support me financially because I can't afford to live in HI. WHAT?! Again, that SHOULD NOT have been part of the interview! She interviewed my children for a couple hours, but didn't bother to sit and talk with me. On the other hand, she visited with my children's father TWICE (because he wants to stay in HI). All these things prove she did not conduct her job with an open mind in any way shape or form. She went into this looking to prove that HI was better. That is not her job!
