The Terms at LawyerDB.org are subject to change without notice. Your use of a particular LawyerDB.org service may be subject to the regulation of special terms for that service. If you dissatisfy with LawyerDB.org in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue the use of LawyerDB.org.

LawyerDB.org provides a rich variety of services including job, employer profile, resume, and cover letter post and search. You understand that LawyerDB.org may include advertisement in the services. The services of LawyerDB.org are provided "AS-IS" and LawyerDB.org assumes no responsibility for the mistakes and failures in delivering services. You understand and agree that LawyerDB.org can establish limits concerning the use of service or terminate any services under its sole discretion with or without noticing users. LawyerDB.org will not be responsible for any loss caused by LawyerDB.org 's operation including the changes of services or termination of services.

You agree that LawyerDB.org, in its sole discretion, has the right to delete or deactivate your account, block your email or IP address, or otherwise terminate your access to or use of the Service, immediately and without notice, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without refund and other limitations, if LawyerDB.org believes that you have acted inconsistently. Further, you agree that LawyerDB.org shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.

LawyerDB.org will remove the infringing posting(s) subject to the procedures outlined by the law.

4. YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
LawyerDB.org users have obligation to (a) provide true, accurate, and legal information when registering in LawyerDB.org, and (b) maintain and update registration information constantly to keep it true, accurate, legal, and current. If LawyerDB.org suspects that registered information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, LawyerDB.org has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service.

LawyerDB.org does not pre-screen materials posted and transmitted in LawyerDB.org and does not provide any guarantee regarding anything posted or transmitted by users. You understand that you are fully responsible for anything you upload, transmit or post by using LawyerDB.org's services. Under no circumstances will LawyerDB.org be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.

9. attempt to gain unauthorized access to LawyerDB.org's computer systems disrupt the order of LawyerDB.org and its services,
10. forge information or mislead users and the public,
11. stalk another and store personal data of other users,
12. post jobs or content with irrelevant information to the position
13. use any LawyerDB.org's resume database for any purpose other than as an employer seeking employees
14. post of any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership", distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement, solicitation, or other business opportunity
15. send unsolicited mail or e-mail, making unsolicited phone calls or send unsolicited faxes
16. aggregate, copy or duplicate content on LawyerDB.org

LawyerDB.org retains the right to remove or block any content under its sole discretion. The content owner will not be refunded in this circumstance.

You understand and agree that sending unsolicited email advertisements to LawyerDB.org email addresses or through LawyerDB.org computer systems are expressly prohibited by these Terms. Any unauthorized use of LawyerDB.org computer systems is a violation of these Terms.

8. USING XML RSS FEEDS
LawyerDB.org encourage you to use these feeds, so long as you do not post our full-text job, resume, and other information, and so long as you provide proper attribution to LawyerDB.org, including links.

9. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold LawyerDB.org, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

LawyerDB.org does not claim ownership of Content you submit or make available for inclusion on the Service. However, with respect to Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Service, you grant LawyerDB.org the following world-wide, royalty free and non-exclusive license(s), as applicable:

1. The license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on the Service solely for the purposes of providing and promoting LawyerDB.org. This license exists only for as long as you elect to continue to include such Content on the Service and will terminate at the time you remove or LawyerDB.org removes such Content from the Service.
2. The failure of LawyerDB.org to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. The section titles in the Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
