Practice Area: Jim has practiced in most of the courts of southwest Virginia as well as the Virginia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Virginia. He has also practiced law in the Western District of Virginia, United States District Court. He has served as the substitute Judge in both General District and Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts. He is a member of the American Bar Association; the Virginia State Bar; and, the American Association for Justice. He has qualified as a mediator and arbitrator.
