About: Randall C. Place
Mr. Place is in-charge of the firm's securities and commodities litigation practice, for both North Carolina and Florida securities. He has extensive experience in this area including numerous trials, mediations, and settlements of claims on behalf of clients. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Place has the unique perspective of having practical securities arbitration experience as a regulator formerly working for the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD n/k/a FINRA). Additionally, Mr. Place worked at a large broker-dealer for many years and formerly held multiple securities licenses. Mr. Place also worked as a research analyst and travelled throughout the country conducting due diligence of mutual funds. Mr. Place also worked for an investment advisory firm.
Sara E. Hanley
Sara Hanley focuses her practice on representing aggrieved investors. Throughout her legal career Ms. Hanley has dedicated numerous hours to the community by working on both political campaigns as well as providing legal services to non-profit organizations. Mrs. Hanley has published numerous articles on law office management, often serves as a guest lecturer and has been invited to speak at women's groups throughout the community.
