Bio:Anthony Pasca began his legal career primarily as an appellate practitioner, drafting hundreds of appellate and complex motion briefs for attorneys in New York and throughout the United States. After joining the firm in 1998, he has litigated cases and served as appellate counsel to individuals, businesses, landowners, and municipalities, primarily in the areas of zoning, environmental, and municipal law, real estate transactions, wills, trusts and estates, real property claims, and constitutional land-use claims. Anthony also serves as special counsel to the Shelter Island Planning Board and represents landowners in connection with land development applications before municipal boards throughout Eastern Long Island. Originally from Long Island, Anthony attended Cornell University before returning to study law on a full-tuition academic grant at Hofstra University School of Law, where he also served on the Hofstra Law Review.
