Bio:Brian Lee McCarthy–of counsel–graduated summa cum laude from Widener University School of Law in 2013 and is licensed to practice law in Delaware and Pennsylvania. Prior to entering the legal field, Mr. McCarthy worked as a reporter for a daily newspaper in the suburban Philadelphia area. During law school, Mr. McCarthy was an Articles Editor for Widener Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. He additionally interned for the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office, and served as Wolcott Fellow to the Honorable Henry duPont Ridgely of the Delaware Supreme Court.
