Two years later, at the age of 29, he became a full equity partner and the firm was renamed Lutz, Bobo, Webb, & Telfair, PA. About 15 years ago, Charles made the transition from defense work to representing plaintiffs. Since that time, he has represented plaintiffs’ rights in a variety of mass tort claims, product liability matters, medical malpractice actions, and nursing home litigation. Charles also has represented many clients in premises liability matters, motor vehicle accidents, and a multitude of other personal injury and wrongful death claims.
