Bio:Clarence “CEM” Martin is a Shareholder at Martin & Seibert, L.C. and is the third generation of his family to be a member of the firm. His Grandfather, Clarence E. Martin, President of the American Bar Association in 1932-33, founded the firm in 1908. Mr. Martin practices law in the areas of insurance coverage issues, insurance defense litigation, electric utility litigation, railroad defense litigation (FELA), products liability and asbestos defense litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts. He also lobbies on various issues, including insurance, litigation and civil justice reform.
