Prior to joining McMahon Berger, Dan spent four years with The Boeing Company in the Phantom Works Contracts and Pricing Department where he successfully reviewed and negotiated contracts and agreements on Boeing’s behalf.As a traditional labor attorney, Dan provides day-to-day counsel on problems arising under collective bargaining agreements, such as discipline and application of work rules, as well as matters arising under the National Labor Relations Act.
