He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Economics at Culver Stockton College, a small private school near Hannibal, Missouri, then returned to Northwest Arkansas to obtain his Juris Doctor at the University of Arkansas Law School. He paid for his education by working multiple jobs at small businesses and auto dealerships where he received the experience necessary for a 'common sense' approach that served him well not only in business matters, but also in the court room. His approach has resulted in successful representation of a wide variety of clientele.
