Bio: Kevin received his undergraduate degree from Boston College in 2004 and went on to earn his law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2008. After being admitted to the New York State Bar, he worked as the Deputy General Counsel for the NYC Board of Standards and Appeals, the City's zoning board. As Deputy General Counsel, Kevin drafted hundreds of decisions relating to variances, special permits and appeals from interpretations of the NYC Department of Buildings. Kevin also advised the Commissioners of the Board on procedural issues relating to land use and administrative law matters and worked with NYC Corporation Counsel in defending the City in Article 78 proceedings filed against the Board.In 2013, Kevin left New York City to return to his hometown of Southampton and join EHA as a land use lawyer and litigator.
