Bio:Kimberly A. Chojnacki is experienced in civil defense litigation. Mrs. Chojnacki has represented clients in both state and federal court in a variety of lawsuits alleging fraud, breach of fiduciary duties, breach of contract, defamation, premises defects, products defects, professional negligence, and environmental liabilities. She has extensive experience in written discovery, fact witness depositions, and drafting and arguing dispositive motions. Mrs. Chojnacki is a native Texan who was born on Fort Hood and grew up in Houston. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2009 with Bachelors of Arts degrees in Government and in Russian Language and Culture. While at the University of Texas School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate in 2012, Mrs. Chojnacki was an Articles and Notes Editor, a member of the Submissions Review Board, and the Managing Editor of the Texas International Law Journal. She also was a member of the Robert W. Calvert Inn of Court and the Interscholastic Mock Trial team.
