Bio:Lance Payette is a native Arizonan and a 30-year member of the Arizona State Bar and District of Arizona federal bar. A former associate and partner with the firm, focusing primarily on real estate matters, commercial litigation and appellate practice, he now serves in an “of counsel” status on matters within his areas of expertise. Lance is a graduate of the Arizona State University College of Law, earning his J.D. degree with high distinction, as well as a graduate of the Northern Arizona University School of Journalism, earning his B.S. degree with distinction. He served on the staff of the Arizona State Law Journal and was elected to the prestigious Order of the Coif national legal honor society.
