Bio:Mrs. Daggs joined Durham Jones & Pinegar in 2011 after working as a summer clerk at D|J|P her second year of law school. She is a member of the firm's Litigation and Bankruptcy Sections and also assists in our Family Law Group. She has experience in research and analysis, drafting motions, appellate briefs, and performing discovery. In law school, Mrs. Daggs gained invaluable research and writing experience through her work as a research assistant for Professor Amos Guiora, where she drafted and edited numerous articles and a book entitled Global Perspectives on Counterterrorism. Mrs. Daggs also gained significant litigation experience during her first summer of law school while she interned with the White Collar Crimes division of the U.S. Attorney's Office in Salt Lake City. She was also selected to participate in the S.J. Quinney National Trial Advocacy Team for which she received an award from the Litigation Section of the Utah State Bar. In addition to practicing law full-time, Mrs. Daggs is an avid animal lover and has two dogs and two cats. She is passionate about animal rescue and adoption. She owns and runs her own pet services company called No More Lonely Pets, LLC.
