Bio:Biographical details I grew up in Dallas Center, Iowa, where my father, John C. McDonald, practiced law for over forty years. After working in the field of education and disabilities for a number of years, encouraged by Dell and my father, I enrolled in and graduated from The University College of Law, was licensed to practice in Iowa, and admitted to practice in Iowa’s courts and the United States Federal District Courts in the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa.I regularly represent parents of children with disabilities in regard to special education matters. I also regularly represent clients in other areas of education law, publishing law, contract law, condominium and home owners’ association law, mediation, and civil litigation.
