Bio:AV Preeminent | Kenton Sands began his law career when he graduated Harvard Law School in 1985 and later was admitted to practice in New York in 1987 and Florida in 1990. Prior to joining Sands, White & Sands, he practiced with a law firm in New York City, followed by a law firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He then joined the U.S. Department of Justice as a trial attorney, focusing on the prosecution of tax and financial crimes. He returned to private practice in 1994 before joining our firm in 2003. Now, at Sands, White & Sands, he is active in litigating a wide variety of personal injury cases, including those involving medical negligence and product liability.
