After receiving her J.D., Jennifer worked for a number of years at Buchanan, where was a commercial litigation associate. As such, she argued substantive and procedural motions in federal, circuit and county courts; conducted and defended depositions of parties and third-party witnesses; researched and analyzed legal issues; and drafted memoranda, pleadings, substantive motions and discovery in federal and state court matters.
