When this woman was a Magistrate she gave custody of my sister's kids to her ex-boyfriend. The ex-wife of my sister's ex-boyfriend reported that he was abusive to my sister's oldest daughter(who is not biologically related to him). The ex-boyfriend filed for custody because he had over $30,000 in unpaid child support to my sister that he had been avoiding for years. After my sister had surgery on her neck disks, he filed for full custody because she was vulnerable and disabled. My sister could not afford an attorney because she could not work due to her surgery. During the custody hearing, Tara behaved like the Spawn of Satan from Hell. She was rude to my sister because she was nervous about anxiety disorders. She accused her of being high when she was nervous. Despite Tara's accusations, she did not ask for her sister to be drug tested. Tara also falsely twisted my sister's court record saying she had domestic violence on her record, Tara ignored that the ex-boyfriend was physically abusive to my sister's oldest daughter. Yet found "evidence" against my sister. Turns out that Tara was the neighbor of e-boyfriend. Their houses were a few minutes walks away from each other. (Tara has since moved) The ex-boyfriend had been illegally selling weed from his house during the whole custody battle. This was before it was legal. He also commits identity theft with his appraisal business. He illegally denied my sister visitation rights before, during, and after the custody battle. During the hearing, Tara completely ignored everything that the ex-boyfriend did that was wrong, immoral, or illegal. Tara did on one account say she thought that everything was about money. Obviously, it was. Tara gave custody to the ex-boyfriend. Ironically the Custody agreement, stated that capital punishment was not allowed on the children. Tara, you are sick in the head to put children in custody with somebody you know was being abusive. You are stupidly white-washing child abuse, Tara. After the ex had custody, Vanessa White wiped the child support to zero. She claimed on the paper that my sister did not respond with a reason to not have it wiped away. My sister was financially abused which made it impossible to seek more medical treatment. The ex-boyfriend still illegally withheld the children from my sister, except a few times. One time after allowing the children to visit my sister he wrote a letter to the court, claiming my sister sexually assaulted the youngest daughter. Child Protective Services interview the Daughter and found the accusations, of course, false. In the same letter, the ex-boyfriend claimed that the judge said my sister would "mess up again," along with his other slander. I have a copy of and have read every court document that has passed through the court. This indicated he had contact with Tara Logsdon and/or Vanessa White illegally outside of court The ex-boyfriend also took the children to Disneyland to visit our father. He brought his best friend along who has Domestic Violence against children on his record. My father claimed it was a Relative of the ex-boyfriend, but it was not. My sister because homeless, and the unpaid child support could have helped her. While being homeless my sister was struck by a car crossing the road. She was killed. Tara's corruption leads people to their death.
