Bio:Nancy Doherty Sadler is a founding partner with Griffith, Sadler & Sharp, P.A., who practices in the areas of automobile liability, construction litigation, premises liability, products liability, and general tort liability, as well as domestic relations law. She has tried many cases to a verdict instate courts in South Carolina, primarily in the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit, as well as the federal courts. Before starting her current practice in 1992, Ms. Sadler received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina in 1976 and her Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina in 1983. While at the University of South Carolina, Ms. Sadler was inducted into the Order of the Wig and Robe and became a member of the Order of the Coif. Ms. Sadler became a member of the South Carolina Bar in 1983. Prior to starting her current practice, she served with the Beaufort County Public Defender's office and thereafter served on its Board of Directors until 2004. Ms. Sadler has taught paralegals in training at the Technical College of the Low country in Beaufort in the areas of Law and Ethics, Legal Research, Tort Law, Family Law, and Business Law. She currently serves as Beaufort County Magistrate on a part time basis.
