Bio: Nicole Prebeck is a 2002 University of Kentucky graduate. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she attended Salmon P. Chase College of Law and graduated with her Juris Doctorate in 2007. Upon Graduating law school, Nicole served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable JoAnn Wise, Chief Judge, now retired, Fayette Family Court until August, 2008. Since 2008, Nicole has practiced in the area of domestic relations/family law. After completing 55 hours of classroom and on the job training, Nicole was certified as a Family Law Mediator by the Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts and maintains her certification as a Family Mediator. Additionally, Nicole is a trained parenting coordinator. Nicole has served as the co-chair to the Fayette County Bar Association’s Domestic Relations Practice and Modest Means Panel. She has also given presentations on parenting coordination to the Scott Co. Bar Association and family law updates to members of the Kentucky Bar Association at the Kentucky Law Update in the Ashland and Northern KY locations. Nicole knew since she was a child that she wanted to be an attorney and practice family law, because of her childhood experience when her parents divorced.
