This guy is intellectually clumsy and very slow on the uptake . He has almost no ability to adapt on the fly . He represented me in a very large matter and he was repeatedly caught unprepared and frankly , just flat footed . I have been practicing law for over 32 years , in litigation and found myself in need of counsel . Unfortunately I encountered this gentleman and survived to pay the price . Not sharp , no ability to anticipate , lousy preparation and even worse execution . His partner Attorney Zarco by contrast, appears to be at the top of his game . I made the mistake of believing that hiring the firm would give me access to Zarco - what i got was Einhorn . I would urge you to stay away from this guy . In my experience litigating and trying many cases etc , this guy has no business at all in a court room or anything close to litigation . His opposition chewed thru him repeatedly and effectively .It hurt so much because i understood how lousy this guy was , but as a fellow attorney i kept trying to help and support him understanding that it was getting grim . I would be happy to share my communications with him and any reasonable request for documentation regarding my experience .Frankly in my professional opinion he should have been sanctioned at the very least. To top it , he accused me of not paying bills - and as it turned out i was not only current , but i had been over billed . Say your prayers if you hire /rely on this guy because i n my experience you are going to need it . In the business of litigation , which is rough , tumble and unsure , this guy , in my experience and observation is a joke . If you retain this firm insist on Mr Zarco as i believe the others are riding his coattails . If I was Mr Zarco i would have no patience or tolerance for the likes of Einhorn as he diminishes his effectiveness and reputation .
