Bio:After graduating with honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Sarah Z. Brown was licensed to practice law by the State Bar of Texas in 1991. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University in 1973, and a Master of Science degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 1975.
