Bio:Sarah A. Cox, was born in Rochester, Michigan in 1968. She graduated from Rochester High School in 1986, and thereafter attended Indiana University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1990 and earned two Bachelor's Degrees. Sarah attended Wayne State University Law School where she earned her Juris Doctor Degree in 1993. Sarah was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1993, and that same year joined Bebout, Potere & Cox P.C. as an associate attorney; she became a shareholder and partner in the firm in 1998. She served as the Assistant City Attorney/Prosecutor for the City of Rochester from 1993 until 1998, and, in 1998 Sarah was appointed the Rochester City Attorney and Prosecutor for the City of Rochester, where she continuously served in such position for 10 years. Sarah left her municipal law practice in 1998 to focus solely on her private practice which she had simultaneously maintained since commencing her law career in 1993.
