Alan's work ranges from the defense of clients involved in airport service equipment and operations, to those with products involved in major air disaster litigation, both foreign and domestic. Alan's legal work has included the TWA 843 litigation in San Francisco, the AA 965 Cali, Colombia crash litigation in Miami, the Silk Air 185 litigation in Seattle, the SQ006 litigation in Los Angeles, the AF 358 litigation in San Francisco and Toronto, and the Garuda 152 litigation in Chicago. He is currently involved in the litigation arising out of AF 447, Sudan Airways 109, and Spanair JKK5022 among other complex litigation matters.
