Bio:Andy is a third-generation Oregonian, with stops in Washington state and California. He has lived in Albany since 2000. Andy obtained his law degree at Willamette University College of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and served as Business Manager for the Willamette Law Review. As an undergraduate, he attended Santa Clara University on Army ROTC and Honors Program scholarships. He was a 3-time national collegiate boxing champion and 7-time scholar athlete, while obtaining his degree in business management. He still enjoys most athletic activities when not injured, particularly hiking with his dog. He coaches boxing at OSU, is a CASA volunteer, and has been a member of the board for Albany Community Before & After School Child Care Program (CAP) since 2000.
