Bio:Ashley Richter is a founding partner of the firm. She has a bachelor’s degree in sociology, summa cum laude with high distinction, from the University of Minnesota. For law school Ashley returned to her home state of Wisconsin and received her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School, cum laude, with a concentration in family law. Ashley’s practice areas include all divorce and family law matters, both litigated and collaborative, adoption, professional licensing application and misconduct defense, estate and probate litigation, and mediation services.Ashley is a past President of the Legal Association for Women, a volunteer with the Dane County Family Law Assistance Center, and is also involved with the Dane County Bar Case Mediation Program Committee, the James E. Doyle Inns of Court, and Dane County Bar Association.
