Bio:Sam is a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he served as Chief Justice of the Moot Court Bar, a member of the ABA Moot Court Competition team, and was a student member of the John Belton O'Neill Inn of Court. Following law school, Sam spent two years as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable C. Weston Houck, United States District Judge for the District of South Carolina.
