Bio:Christina began private practice in 1982 and over the next 22 years as an attorney with Watson Nathan Bremer, P.C., and Bruno, Bruno and Colin, P.C., tried more than 50 jury trials and 100 bench trials. Christina became a Denver District Court judge in January 2004, and in that position, she has presided over more than 200 jury trials and bench trials. In addition to her work as a trial lawyer and judge, she has been at the forefront of teaching trial advocacy and practice in Colorado, around the United States, and in several foreign countries. Over the past more than 20 years, she has taught trial skills through the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Colorado and Denver bar associations, a number of state trial lawyers associations, and a variety of other organizations. In 2011, the U.S. Department of Justice picked Christina as part of a select group of American attorneys and judges to provide training for judicial officers and attorneys in the nation of Macedonia. She has also been an adjunct professor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, teaching advance trial practice.
