Bio:Former St. Lucie County Judge and County Commissioner Cliff Barnes has decided to give up the life of leisure he has enjoyed since his retirement, and get back to work.Barnes was first elected County Judge in St. Lucie County in 2004, filling the seat vacated by the retirement of Judge James Midelis. He was re-elected in 2010, receiving nearly 60% of the vote.
