Mr. Gallup provided Cooperative educational training to Board Members from across the country, training that was essential to help board members run their cooperatives effectively. Mr. Gallup has also drafted proposed legislation exempting Cooperatives from the Michigan Truth in Renting Act and the Michigan Consumer Protection act.
