The total purchase price is $70 million in cash, subject to adjustment, and the deal is expected to close in the first week of January 2012. Mercury is a leading provider of commercially developed application-ready intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance subsystems for defense prime contractors. KOR designs and develops digital radio frequency memory units for a variety of modern electronic warfare applications, and Paragon provides sophisticated analytic services and customized data fusion and exploitation solutions for the U.S. intelligence community.
