Bio:	Mr. Britvan began his career as an associate in a boutique real estate law firm in Century City, California, and then became a Partner in the Beverly Hills office of Finley, Kumble, Wagner, Heine, Underberg & Manley, a New York-based law firm that, at the time, was the second largest law firm in the United States. He left that firm to open his own offices in Los Angeles to practice real estate, corporate and commercial law, and maintained those offices for ten years before relocating to Southfield, Michigan, to become General Counsel to New York Carpet World - the largest floor covering retailer in the United States. After the sale of New York Carpet World to a carpet manufacturer, Shaw Industries, Mr. Britvan represented Shaw in his new private practice. Mr. Britvan has represented financial institutions, brokerage companies, commercial enterprises and investors, as well as some of the largest industrial real estate developers in Southern California.
