Bio:I began my practice in 2010 at a national law firm in Boston, before moving to the public sector and now back to private practice. My particular expertise has been employment law and compliance, areas that allow me to work with Chimento & Webb’s ERISA and employee benefits clients especially well.I have experience with the insurance industry, with federal regulatory issues, with managing risk in employment practices, with employee training, and with litigation consulting. I work with clients of all sizes and in a variety of industries. The common thread in my work is always helping clients minimize risk.I earned my law degree at Roger Williams School of Law, where I graduated valedictorian and served as Managing Editor of the Law Review. I was also lucky enough to spend a year interning as a law clerk to the Hon. Judge Bruce Selya on the First Circuit Court of Appeals, a role that was invaluable in shaping my understanding of the need to be thorough, diligent, and always aware of the changing legal landscape for my clients.I live in Sharon, MA with my husband, Jeff, our children, and our many pets. When not practicing law, I am working with Jeff to restore our historic house, a former inn from pre-Revolutionary War days. Read less |
