Starting in 1975, Mr. Jackson served as a Field Attorney for the NLRB in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he acted as sole trial counsel in over 21 administrative trials before Administrative Law Judges of the NLRB, one of which lasted for 58 days of trial, with more than 250 witnesses presented on behalf of the NLRB General Counsel. Between 1978 and 1982, Mr. Jackson served as an attorney in the NLRB Appellate Court Branch, where he researched and wrote appellate briefs, and made oral arguments in 15 cases before the Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Ninth, Tenth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeal, leading to at least six reported decisions.
