Bio:As a second generation Italian-American, I have a great appreciation for the immigrant experience, genealogy and the history of immigration in the United States.  I have practiced immigration law since 1990 and have had my solo practice since 2000.  My office handles all manner of immigration cases including employment and family-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, orphan & adoption-based immigration, adjustment of status applications, consular processing, naturalization, derivative citizenship, removal defense, waivers for individuals with J-1 status, and waiver applications for other grounds of inadmissibility including fraud, criminal offenses, unlawful presence and health related factors.   I have been an adjunct professor of immigration law at New York Law School. I was a co-director of the law school's Safe Passage Immigration Project (focusing on special immigrant juvenile cases) from 2007 to 2012.
