Bio:Prior to joining McDonald Carano Wilson, Mr. Foletta served as general counsel to Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval. Mr. Foletta advised the Governor on legal matters in a variety of areas, including separation of powers, legislative process and administrative law. He also consulted with the Office of the Attorney General on all litigation matters wherein the Governor was named as a party and counseled the Governor on the legality of all legislation. In addition to providing extensive legal advice, he led the development and implementation of the Governor's policy agenda and supervised the pursuit of the Governor's legislative priorities.
