Bio:	Ron C. Bingham II joined Adams and Reese in 2017 following the firm’s expansion into Atlanta. He serves as Partner in Charge of the Atlanta office and is a member of the Banking/Financial Services Practice Team. For more than 20 years, Ron has represented financial institutions, asset-based lenders, investment funds and CMBS special servicers. He advises clients regarding commercial workouts, receiverships, bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout the country. Ron also provides insolvency-related advice to clients in litigation and transactional contexts and participates in out-of-court restructurings on behalf of clients in a variety of industries.Ron primarily represents secured creditors to protect and preserve their collateral positions and maximize their recoveries in commercial litigation and Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
