Bio:In 1987 he graduated in St. John's College High School, Washington, DC. While at St. John's, Mr. Mack graduated from the University of Maryland University College in December, 1992 with a B.S. in marketing. He graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1996, passed the Maryland Bar Exam on his first attempt and officially became an attorney in December, 1996. Mr. Mack worked "of counsel" to Lynn A. Lubitz, Esquire, and then in January, 2001, Ms. Lubitz and Mr. Mack joined the firm of Hodes, Ulman, Pessin & Katz, P.A. (HUPK), in its litigation department. It was at HUPK that Mr. Mack began working with his current partner, Jason A. Shapiro, who was the Chief of the Criminal Division of that firm. During this time, he was working on criminal cases, traffic matters and Juvenile offenses, as well as civil litigation cases such as personal injury matters. Mr. Shapiro and Mr. Mack were able to rapidly grow the criminal practice at HUPK over the next several years. They then decided to leave HUPK and start their own firm, Shapiro & Mack, P.A., during the latter part of January, 2005, so they could better serve our clients.
